Rules:

• no big groups (max 4): if we are more, we need to split in two groups or more;
• keep the distances (at least 1,5 Meters, if we run parallel);
• do not run in the slipstream of someone else;
• if you belong to Risk group people, it is better that you skip the participation to this event;
• Bring with you a Buff or mask;
• Run & fun!

Regeln:

• keine große Gruppe (max 4): wenn wir mehr sind, teilen wir uns in zwei Gruppen;
• Abstand einhalten (mindestens 1,5 Meter, wenn wir parallel laufen);
• Bewegen Sie sich beim Laufen auch nicht direkt im Windschatten eines anderen Laufende;
• wenn Sie einer Risikogruppe angehören, ist es besser, nicht an der Event teilnehmen;
• Bringen Sie einen Buff mit. Sie können es bei Bedarf als Maske verwenden
• Laufen und Spaß machen!
